Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of mycellcovers.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from us. The Site is operated by MyCellCovers ("we," "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using the Site
You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to place an order. You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to break its security, copy its content for resale, or use it for anything unlawful.

2. Products and compatibility
We try to describe products, colors and compatibility accurately. Colors may look slightly different on your screen. Please check that the phone model you order matches your device. We aren't responsible for orders placed for the wrong model, but our Return and Refund Policy still applies.

3. Trademarks
Phone brand and model names (such as iPhone, Galaxy or Pixel) are used only to describe which devices our products fit. MyCellCovers is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple, Samsung, Google, Motorola or any other device maker. All trademarks belong to their owners.

4. Prices and orders
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price or description is wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

5. Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We don't store your full card details. By placing an order, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

6. Shipping
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Ownership of and risk of loss for items passes to you when the carrier delivers them. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Product use and disclaimer
Our cases and accessories are designed to help protect your device, but no case can prevent all damage. Products are provided "as is," except as required by law. We aren't responsible for damage to your phone or other devices, or for data loss.

9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a product or the Site is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

10. Our content
Text, photos, logos and other content on the Site belong to MyCellCovers or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our permission.

11. Reviews and comments
If you post a review or comment, you give us permission to display and use it on the Site and in our marketing. Reviews must be honest and must not be offensive, unlawful or spam. We may remove any content at our discretion.

12. Privacy
How we collect and use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they're posted on the Site.
